Eat well (healthy food ,no preservative added food ,no cans ) this will help you go on with pregnancy.
Take folic acid to decrease neural tube defect ,take it in the form of tablets which is more effective + orange juice + nuts + green leavey vegetables + cereal.
Don't wear tight clothes as if you press your abdomen at the end of this month you may feel your enlarged uterus
Wear fitted bra to decrease breast pain
Decrease your body acivities and lighter work
Worm (never ) hot bath
Take more sleep

Fatigue

Tender breast
Light abdominal colic
