*Eat small frequent meals will keep your blood sugar steady
*Increase water intake
*Some light exercise will
Decrease your backache by correcting your posture
Decrease edema by improving the circulation
Decrease stress
Make weight loss more easier after labor
*Elevate your legs to decrease edema and sorness
*To decrease skin pigmentation
Don't expose to sunlight
Use sunscreen
Sleep well
Drink plenty of water

Don't eat spicy food which increases the heartburn
