pregnancy month by month ( nineth month )


Nineth month:

What is normal , what is abnormal:

1- Increase in pressure  symptoms up to reflux of undigested food , vomiting , constipation as in early pregnancy but now due to enormous size of the uterus.

2- These pressure symptoms increase till the mid of  this month when the baby in your pelvis about 2 weeks before labor.

3-Increase the vaginal discharge which may be bloody from ruptured blood vessles in the soft cervix.

4-Attack of energy for cleaning - preparing the house .

5-Decrease in fetal kicks as the baby is in a boney cage ( ribs and pelvic bone ).

6-There is hormonal changes to prepare for labor.


What to do and what to avoid:

1-Pull your nipples with a soothing cream if it don't pop up roll then pull ,if not use inverted syring to do negative pressure.

2-Take recurrent deep breathing from nose and get it out from your mouth.

3-Walk 30 min with 10 min fast walking to strenghthen your back and pelvic muscles.

4-Increase rate of sex as prostaglandins in semen prepare the cervix for labor.

5-Prepare your baby room.

6-Use pillows all around to sleep well.

7-Prepare your labor bag.

8-Your doctor will do pelvic examination to measure the relation of your pelvis to your baby and to decide the route of labor.


what my baby looks like:


Baby weights 2500 gm , 46 cm lenghth.
Pale skin.
wooly hair.
Soft ear loops with little cartilage.
Few sole creases.



Then the baby puts 30g/day.


At the last week ,the baby is3400gm , 52cm.
Smooth pink skin.
Lanugo hair on shoulders and upper back.
Ear loops are thick with thick cartilages.
Creases allover the soles.
Testes are in scroyum.
